I found that both your significator is in a neutral sign and your house of fertility is in fruitful sign and this is pretty encouraging. However both of your significators are in their detriment and it may take it harder for you to conceive

The chart describes you definitely want to follow your heart. For him this relationship bring joy but perhaps lack motivation for commitment. Right now he is torn in two different directions finding it hard to make the right decision. Somehow there is a kind of realization and a step back on his side.
