Following one of my readers question regarding Gilad Shalit' release negotiations, I cast a horary chart, asking "Will Shalit be freed"?

09.19 A.M.  Israel, Tel-Aviv.

Being a soldier, Gilad Shalit is represented by Mars. Mars in Aries, rulership   Sun in the seventh house of open enemies and retrograde, making no aspects towards any other planet.  A person symbolized by a retrograde Mars is sick weak and ill, passively waiting, isolated and secluded kept in a hiding-place.

A retrograde Mars also indicate withholding and suppression of information. Shalit's capturers are represented by Aries and his ruler ship Sun. This describes Shalit's capturers: vicious and cruel, obstinate, intimidate, revengeful, settled in wild and rocky area and inaccessible. Sun in 11^th house describes the mediation international efforts of friends to solve this case. The Israeli side is symbolized by Saturn placed in 8^th house. Hard aspects between Sun and Saturn describes the excessively high cost which capturers demand

On one hand, this means that things tend to be left unfinished or are spoiled by our impatience or rashness and will suffer one setback after another because every decision runs into opposition and delays, however good our intentions are.

On the other hand, a retrograded Mars is moving backward in the zodiac suggesting that conditions are favorable for a return to an old situation, and this could be a sign of his return to his previous place, that is to say a return to the former situation, i.e.  before having been captured.

The Moon is co-significator in the chart. Moon is in Pisces. Here in this chart it represents both the Army and Gilad Shalit.  Moon in Pisces symbolize Shalit's imprisonment and captivity .It also points out deceitful treaties and unsuccessful negotiations. It indicates that someone is highly unreliable therefore he might be cheating probably not telling the truth.  Ascendant conjunct fixed star Armus, symbolizing also disagreeable, stubborn and contentious.

There is a warning in this chart advising us  that Shalit's release has to be done sooner better than later.  We should increase efforts and handle this matter carefully and seriously, adopting every possible step otherwise we might face again Ron Arad's loss.
